About Us
Hi, My name is Kartik and I am a High school junior who loves to play soccer/football. I was looking for opportunities to give back and I am so glad to have found Ms.Anuradha from Surya Uday Charitable Trust to have given me the opportunity to help the kids learn to play soccer and compete in Athletics.
This website is dedicated to Surya Uday Charitable trust and has videos to help kids with special needs with their daily activities. It also has a section where it encourages athletics to condition themselves for sports specifically targeting soccer/football. Finally, there is a calm zone where kids can explore ways to calm themselves easily. There are also yoga stretches that can be done as a warm up and cool down after the conditioning.
